Ken Zorzi - President
As President and founder of KBZ, Ken Zorzi provides the expertise and vision that has transformed the company into one of the nation's leading video communications and collaboration technology distributors and service providers. Mr. Zorzi founded KBZ in 1987 as a manufacturer’s representative sales and marketing firm serving the Audio Video Industry. Under Mr. Zorzi’s leadership, KBZ has grown to become one of the largest US distributors of Cisco visual communication and collaboration technology products, supporting hundreds of Cisco Certified Dealers across the U.S through proprietary sales, service, marketing support and training programs.
Kyle Zorzi - Vice President
As Vice President of KBZ, Kyle Zorzi drives the strategic direction, vision and growth of the company. Kyle joined the company in 2001 and has held several positions over the last eleven years, including Director of Marketing, Director of Sales, and Director of Operations. He currently oversees all sales and operations for KBZ and works very closely with Cisco channel management teams developing future business opportunities, strategic partnerships and best practices for partner development, partner and sales teaming, and value added service offerings.
Kyle is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a degree in Marketing and Business Management.
Naomi Harker - Vice President, Marketing
Naomi Harker has over 15 years of technology marketing experience in all facets of marketing, including market research, public relations, product marketing, channel development, and vertical marketing. Formerly, Naomi was the Director of Public Sector Marketing for McAfee, where she was responsible for managing initiatives with strategic partners, channel partners/distribution and the sales teams to drive the company message, promote the product portfolio, and support the largest sales team within the company. Prior to McAfee, she led Public Sector Marketing for Citrix and Channel Marketing for TANDBERG, now a part of Cisco, which spanned the public and private sectors. She also held global leadership positions in marketing in the telecommunications and electronic components industries.
Naomi has an MBA with dual concentration in Marketing and Management from Rollins College and a BA from Arcadia University in Corporate Communications and Business.
Kristin Andrzejewski - Director, Service Sales
Kristin Andrzejewski has been a leader in service sales and customer service for nearly ten years in both the commercial and public sector markets. She is currently a Director with KBZ, responsible for managing nationwide service sales. Prior to KBZ, Kristin led service sales for Cisco’s video and collaboration practice. She also has extensive project management and recruiting expertise.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech.
Jill Kavalsky - Director of Federal Sales
Jill Kavalsky currently oversees the federal channel, GSA compliance and federal business strategy for KBZ. She has strong relationships with the Cisco Account Teams and spends the majority of her time working closely with them and the partner community. When Jill started at KBZ in 2008, she was the Federal Channel Manager for the Central Region. Since then, the Federal business has grown over 200% and Jill has worked to build out several additional channel roles and a strong federal inside team.
Jill graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Mass Communications and a minor in English.
Jeff Nicoll - Regional Director, South/West
Jeff Nicoll has over 10 years of experience in the video conferencing industry and has been with KBZ for the last five years. Prior to joining KBZ, he spent three years with TANDBERG. Jeff currently manages distribution sales for the South/West region of the U.S., supporting partners focused primarily in the commercial sector, though he has also worked in the public sector and federal markets. He manages a team of inside and outside sales resources, and his role also includes engineering, sales and business development for the partner community. Jeff holds a Cisco Advanced UC Sales Specialist Certification along with many other Cisco certifications.
Jeff received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
Brian Ricca - Regional Director, East/Central
Brian Ricca has been a leader in video conferencing engineering, sales and business development for over ten years in both the commercial and public sector markets. As a Regional Director with KBZ, Brian is responsible for managing distribution sales for the East/Central region of the US.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Arcadia University and has extensive technology certifications.
