COMPASS End User Training takes place via video, using familiar tools like Microsoft PowerPoint.
The COMPASS Basic Training module provides the tools needed to get Users up and running
with video communications fast!
Whether onsite or via remote, each COMPASS program is custom tailored to meet the needs of the audience.
Topics covered in Basic Training include:
- Remote Control – Intro, overview & use
- Basic call functionality – Call launching, call answering
- Presentations – Bringing external devices into the call (PCs, doc cameras)
Upon completion of Basic Training, class participants are presented with a Quick Tips reference sheet, and a follow up survey to ensure comprehension and satisfaction.
Basic Training graduates are encouraged to participate in COMPASS Advanced Training to further their proficiency.
