Registration Requirements
- All Class registration requests must be submitted on-line, via the KBZ University Registration Form.
- Purchase Orders required at the time of registration for all classes. Please email or fax to: orderproc@kbz.com, 215-348-7790.
- For fee-based classes: Registration requests will only be accepted from individuals who's company account is in good standing with KBZ Communications.
Space Limitations
- Space is limited and varies by class. See respective class descriptions for this information.
- "Over-video" classes are not subject to size limitations. However, KBZ requests a minimum of 4 participants and reserves the right to postpone classes to a later date if greater participation can be achieved.
- Full Classes: Notification of full classes will be indicated on the KBZ University Registration Form. Email notification will be provided to individuals who have already submitted a Registration Form.
- Wait list reservations will be accepted.
- Openings will be filled as possible by valid registrations and in the order received.
Cancellation Policy
- For private classes: Notice of a cancellation must be provided to KBZ in writing at least two weeks prior to the start of any private class.
- For fee-based classes: Any cancellation received less than two weeks prior to a start of a class is subject to a 25% list-price cancellation fee for the respective class.
- "No shows" are subject to the full list-price tuition charge for the respective class where applicable.
- KBZ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes if: enrollment is less than needed for successfully conducting the class; if the instructor is unexpectedly unavailable or ill; or for other unforeseen impeding circumstances.
- In the event KBZ University must cancel or reschedules a class, all confirmed enrollments will be honored in a future session(s) of the same class.
- KBZ University and KBZ Communications, Inc. shall not be held liable for non-refundable travel arrangements if a class is cancelled or rescheduled. However, KBZU will make best attempts to avoid cancellations and to provide greatest advance notice possible in the event of a cancellation.
