TCAP (Tandberg Certified Associate Partner) is a basic hands-on 3-day course to help System Engineers and IT managers fully understand the features and overall operation of TANDBERG’s videoconferencing endpoints and infrastructure products including 6000 MXP, MPS, Movi and EntryPoint. Participants will learn installation, configuration and maintenance of TANDBERG equipment, and basic troubleshooting skills.
Prerequisites: Successful completion of the online self paced course followed by a proficiency exam in basic knowledge of the TANDBERG portfolio, data networking, industry terminology, H323, H320 and SIP.
