VideoPalooza3 Turns Out Great Attendance

On March 5th KBZ hosted nearly 40 Resale Partners and End Users at the 3rd installment of VideoPalooza, held at BOKX 109 American Prime within the Hotel Indigo, Newton, MA.
The show venue and range of presentations were well received and offered participants key information on the latest from TANDBERG along with an introduction to specialized Partner programs available from KBZ and TAMCO. Attendees to VideoPalooza3 gained insight into new products such as the T1 and T3 Telepresence systems, the C60 and C90 “super codecs,” and the innovative E20 IP video phone. Feedback was positive. Statements like, “Really informative,” "I learned a lot about the products,” and “I like the setting, the small group and easy interaction,” “What a chic location” made it clear that VideoPalooza3 achieved KBZ’s goal of bringing key TANDBERG and KBZ Communications information to Resale Partners in an engaging, enjoyable setting.
VideoPalooza was developed by KBZ’s own Jeff Nicoll, KBZ Southeast Regional Sales Manager, as an entertaining yet comprehensive way for KBZ Partners to see and hear first-hand about the latest in TANDBERG advancements of visual communications and Total Telepresence. VideoPalooza successfully toured a dozen cities throughout the Southeast last year. Since its inception the show has developed quite a following and reputation. It evolved a bit with its move North through the addition of several new features – presenting a morning and afternoon TANDBERG session, and adding presentation on TAMCO, a creative financing program that leverages customer financing options. Jill Kavalsky, KBZ Federal Channel Account Manager, took the opportunity to conduct a specialized program presentation exclusively to Resale Partners concentrating on the Federal government market.
Recently KBZ received InfoComm RU accreditation for the TANDBERG presentation portion of VideoPalooza, KBZ102, Intro to Visual Communications & System Components, which is now offers 2 RU CTS, CTS-I, and CTS-D credits. Participants gain a thorough understanding of the current state of video communications and a preview of upcoming solutions from TANDBERG through topics like: What is videoconferencing?; Total Telepresence; personal video communications; Unified Communications; and Video Network Components. Two session of the TAMCO presentation, hosted by John Bevilacqua, Regional NE Sales Director of TAMCOCORP, were also well attended and offered late comers a second chance to hear about this important and powerful program for financing TANDBERG visual communications.
KBZ is pleased that VideoPalooza3 has successfully delivered essential TANDBERG and KBZ information to Resale Partners in an enjoyable, productive forum. Future installments of VideoPalooza are scheduled for other Northeast locations in Q2, including New York and Virginia. KBZ will be bringing you more details as they become available.
