Enrollment Terms & Conditions
Course Registration and Cancellation Policy (revised 5/30/08)
- Purchase Order required at time of registration.
- Space is limited and varies by class. See respective class descriptions for this information.
- Cancellations: Notice of a cancellation must be provided to KBZU in writing at least two weeks prior to the start of any class. Any cancellation received less than two weeks prior to a start of a class is subject to a 25% list-price cancellation fee.
- "No shows" are subject to the full list-price tuition charge for the respective class.
- Full Classes: Notification will be provided when classes are full. Wait list reservations will be accepted. Openings will be filled as possible by valid registrations and in the order received.
- KBZ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes if: enrollment is less than needed for successfully conducting the class; if the instructor is unexpectedly unavailable or ill; or for other unforeseen impeding circumstances.
- In the event KBZU must cancel or reschedules a class, all confirmed enrollments shall be honored in a future session(s) of that same class.
- KBZU and KBZ Communications, Inc. shall not be held liable for non-refundable travel arrangements if a class is cancelled or rescheduled. However, KBZU will make best attempts to avoid cancellations and to provide greatest advance notice possible in the event of a cancellation.
- Special note about TCAP: KBZU advises against booking any travel arrangements prior to receiving notification from TANDBERG of successful completion of all online TCAP pre-requisite course materials or exams.
