- Recognize when a video conference is an appropriate form of communication and when it is not and provide advice to colleagues
- Be able to ‘sell’ the concept of video conferencing to others
- Illustrate the correct etiquette in a conference
- Operate basic functions of a video conference system including using a laptop
- To be able to assist a user with basic equipment operation

Understanding of video conference technologies including ISDN and IP communications

Operate basic functions of a video conference system including using a laptop

Operate advanced endpoint functions

Set up and configure Tandberg endpoints

To be able to identify and fix basic user error problems e.g. monitor switched off, correct microphone placement, cables unplugged and system reboot.

Carry out more advanced fault finding both locally and remotely including syslogs and command line operations
