ZCare Premiere provides special benefits and services to offer total piece of mind and confidence in operating TANDBERG visual communications equipment, including:

24/7 Support Coverage

  • Cell phone coverage - Weekdays 5pm-8am (e.s.t.), and on weekends (Fridays 5pm-Mondays 8am) and Holidays.
  • KBZ video line - dial into our video systems anytime to test a system. IP: 76.74.100.20 or ISDN: 215-489-9160

Online Ticket Access

  • Open, and/or view an existing trouble ticket online
  • Self-service Super User Access - Visit now, or email zcare@kbz.com to set up an account for gaining access to Online Ticket Center

System Testing

  • Arrange calls to KBZ's video test lines to ensure your system is working properly. KBZ video line access:
    ISDN: 215-489-9160 (up to 384 kB) or
    IP: 76.74.100.20
  • HD, standard definition or Multisite formats supported

System Service Reporting

  • Inquire about systems or equipment under repair

Service Renewal Reports

  • Get Service Renewal Reports on systems covered by ZCare
  • Get quotes from your KBZ Inside Sales Person for adding this feature
  • Use the ZCare Requests Form to quickly relay questions, comments or requests to KBZ technical services department

ZCARE Premiere Service Certification

  • All systems are issued a certificate with invoicing. This Certificate will contain the following information:
    Your PO#, KBZ Invoice#, Part#, Serial #, Service start and expiration date, End user, What the service includes, and KBZ’s phone, online, and video support information.
  • To request a ZCare certificate on an existing system (for which you have a ZCare plan), please submit your request to zcare@kbz.com.

TANDBERG Soft Care access

  • Email notification service keeps you up to date on new software releases (typically issued 2x/year)
  • All future/past software are available too (plus, product software support up to six years after product "end of life")
  • Soft Care enrollment:

    In "What would you like to do?", select "TANDBERG Software Notification Sign-up" and follow the steps.

Advanced Replacement Parts

  • Should you ever need parts, KBZ coordinates with TANDBERG to ensure same-day dispatch as order receipt (to TANDBERG) - with next day delivery. In most cases, TANDBERG can drop-ship parts directly to an end-user.
