Zpro installation services are provided through a team of KBZ Installers who have undergone extensive training in video and networking technologies. With East and West coast-based personnel we assure our partners and clients of quick, reliable service, along with access to additional resources that bring about faster use and adoption and a quicker return on your TANDBERG investment.
Zpro Services Overview
- On-Site Installation: Expert personal service from KBZ Zpro technicians assures customers of proper assembly, connection, programming and testing of all system components.
- Remote Installation: Depending upon your needs and resources Zpro Remote Installation services are available via phone or over video to assist an already on-site technical staff.
- Project Management: During the installation process KBZ project managers coordinate with the on-site project contact on all details relating to installation, including proper site survey/SOW documents, scheduling and coordination of install with the TANDBERG Partner (if dealer has their own other integrated technologies they are providing their clients).
- End-User Training: Once a system is installed KBZ provides custom-tailored instruction on all aspects of operating your new video conferencing system, as well as pointers on presentation technique and troubleshooting tips. Training is available remotely over video, or on-site as preferred.
