 ZPro Services Overview

  • Onsite Installation: Expert personal service from KBZ ZPro Engineers assures customers of proper assembly, connection, programming and testing of all system components. ZPro Installation services are TS/SCI cleared for secure installations.
  • Project Management: During the installation process ZPro Project Managers coordinate with on-site project contacts on all details relating to installation, including proper site survey/SOW documents, scheduling and coordination of install with the Cisco Partner (if partner has its own/other integrated technologies being provided to the client).
  • End User Training: Once a system is installed, ZPro specialists provide custom-tailored instruction on all aspects of operating your new video conferencing system, as well as  troubleshooting tips. Training is available remotely over video, or on-site as preferred.
  • ZTrain: ZPro also offers an onsite engineer visit that can be used for informal administrative training, complete review of all configured infrastructure with recommendations as to best practices and/or network optimization to meet the most advanced, distributed or centralized enterprise needs for today’s Unified Communications video network designs.
  • Immersive Solutions: Detailed, timely and accurate deployment of fully immersive telepresence rooms such as the T3. ZPro handles all aspects of logistics in coordination
    with Cisco to provide installed, configured, fine tuned and completely optimized turn-key systems.
