Terms & Conditions

General

  • The customer (End User) is responsible for determining the requested installation date.
  • All repeat site visits will be billed to the KBZ Resale Partner in addition to the contracted installation price. 
  • Only products and systems purchased from KBZ Communications will be installed by the technician on-site. 
  • Extra equipment that is supplied by the end-user or TANDBERG Partner will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated and agreed to by the TANDBERG Partner and KBZ Communications.

  • Zpro Inquiries Form should be used to provide intitial information and questions.
  • Any unplanned or additional site visits beyond the scope of work and/or due to events beyond KBZ’s control will be considered additional billable services.

  • Only product(s) purchased from TANDBERG & KBZ will be installed by the KBZ Zpro technician onsite.

Installation of Plasma Displays

  • KBZ will not be responsible for mounting wall brackets for flat panel displays systems.
  • The Reseller or customer shall assume responsibility for such installation prior to the arrival of KBZ Zpro technicians.
  • KBZ will be responsible only for mounting the plasma to an already mounted wall bracket. 

Additional Equipment Policy

  • KBZ Zpro assumes no responsiblity for equipment excluded from the scope work defined within the KBZ Zpro Installation Contract. Any such equipment, whether supplied by the end-user, reseller, or other, shall be the sole responsibility of the reseller and/or end-user, or other party.
