KBZ University Terms & Conditions

Registration Requirements

  1. All Class registration requests must be submitted on-line, via the corresponding KBZ University Registration Form.
  2. Purchase Orders are required at the time of registration for all classes. Please email to: orderproc@kbz.com, or fax to: 215-348-7790.
  3. For fee-based classes: Registration requests will only be accepted from individuals who's company account is in good standing with KBZ Communications.

Space Limitations & Enrollment Guidelines

  1. Space is limited and varies by class. See respective class descriptions for this information.
  2. "Over-video" classes are not subject to size limitations. However, KBZ requests a minimum of 4 participants for video classes and reserves the right to postpone classes to a later date if greater participation can be achieved.
  3. Full Classes: Notification of full classes will be indicated on the KBZ University Registration Form. Email notification will be provided to individuals who have already submitted a Registration Form.
  4. Wait list reservations will be accepted.
  5. Openings will be filled as possible by valid registrations and in the order received.
  6. Enrollment Restrictions: Enrollment in certain KBZ sales classes is restricted to KBZ Resale Partners only. Please refer to class descriptions and enrollment guidelines within each respective class description. KBZ apologizes for any inconvenience on this point.

Cancellation Policy

  1. For private classes: Notice of a cancellation must be provided to KBZ in writing at least two weeks prior to the start of any private class.
  2. For fee-based classes: Any cancellation received less than two weeks prior to a start of a class is subject to a 50% list-price cancellation fee per seat, for the respective class.
  3. Additional Charges for cancellations: Additional charges may apply (equipment shipment, Instructor's travel arrangements) pending KBZ Communications ability to cancel without penalty.
  4. "No shows" are subject to the full list-price tuition charge for the respective class where applicable. 
  5. KBZ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes if: enrollment is less than needed for successfully conducting the class; if the instructor is unexpectedly unavailable or ill; or for other unforeseen impeding circumstances.
  6. In the event KBZ University must cancel or reschedules a class, all confirmed enrollments will be honored in a future session of the same class.
  7. KBZ University and KBZ Communications, Inc. shall not be held liable for non-refundable travel arrangements if a class is cancelled or rescheduled. However, KBZU will make best attempts to avoid cancellations and to provide greatest advance notice possible in the event of a cancellation.
