Shamus Doyle provides the strong technical base for administering KBZ's ZCare technical support service program. Shamus joined KBZ in 2006 with an extensive background in IT (voice/data, LAN/WAN) and solid network experience. He remains instrumental in continually expanding KBZ's service offerings and implementing new ZCare features. Shamus is TANDBERG TCAP, TCEP, and TMS specialization certified, and Comptia certified on A+ and Network+.
