Onscreen menus and program guides give users access to Cisco Cast content, and organizations can customize lineups and create their own content libraries. Users can navigate through channel menus and select from on-demand content with a remote control or other remote devices.

Cisco TCS Content works with DMS

Content created with the Cisco TelePresence Content Server (TCS) can be automatically uploaded into Cisco Show and Share where it can be categorized, made searchable and secured automatically. Show and Share can also accept a TCS live stream and rebroadcast it to users. This provides the content owner with additional flexibility to secure the video and add social elements like content rating and commenting, or to include additional content like PowerPoint files, spreadsheets or PDFs with the video to create a more compelling user experience.

Technical Note: Cisco Digital Signs and Cisco Cast can use existing video streams that are generated by the Cisco Scientific Atlanta encoders in MPEG 2 or MPEG 4 standard or HD formats.  This allows users to repurpose existing video streams to provide IPTV programming or live video signage content.
