TANDBERG Receives JITC Certification From Federal Government

RESTON, VA December 3, 2009 – TANDBERG (OSLO: TAA. OL), a leading global provider of telepresence, high definition  video teleconferencing (VTC)) and mobile video solutions, announced today that it has received Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certification from the Federal government for its TANDBERG Codian MSE 8000 chassis, HD MCU and ISDN gateway.  JITC provides test, evaluation, and certification services for acquiring and deploying global “net-centric” military capabilities.  With certification of its Codian Product Family, TANDBERG offers the first truly high definition (HD) video conferencing bridge to be JITC certified.

The TANDBERG Codian Family is a highly scalable and flexible, chassis-based platform for HD multipoint video conferencing and voice communication.
